Quick Rules of Teen Patti (Indian Poker)
If you’ve never played before, here’s a simple guide:
Players: Best with 3–6 people.
Deck: Standard 52 cards, jokers removed.
Boot Amount: Everyone adds a minimum stake into the pot.
Dealing: Each player gets 3 cards face down
Moves:
Blind: Play without seeing your cards.
Seen: Look at your cards before betting.
Call/Chaal: Match the bet to stay in.
Raise: Increase the bet.
Fold: Exit the round.
Showdown: When two players remain, cards are revealed and the highest-ranking hand wins.
Teen Patti Hand Rankings (Strongest to Weakest)
1.Trail/Trio: Three of the same rank (e.g., three Kings).
2. Pure Sequence: Three consecutive cards of the same suit (e.g., 7-8-9 of hearts).
3. Sequence: Straight, not all suits (e.g., 5-6-7 mixed suits).
4. Color: Three cards of the same suit.
5. Pair: Two cards of the same rank.
6. High Card: If none of the above, the highest card wins.
