What makes Tinted Heritage products unique?

Each piece is designed in New Jersey and handmade in small batches. We blend traditional South Asian motifs with modern design to create decor that feels cultural yet contemporary. No two items are identical, and slight variations reflect the handcrafted nature of your product.

Where are your products made?

All designs are created and finished in the U.S., using materials such as acacia wood, marble, and slate. We proudly produce in small batches to maintain quality and sustainability.


Orders & Customization

What is your turnaround time?

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. During peak seasons like Diwali and the holidays, production can take up to 10 business days.
Because each piece is handmade, we recommend ordering early for gifting.

Can I request a custom design or logo?

Yes! We welcome custom requests for bulk orders, event favors, and personalized gifts. Please submit your request via email hello@tintedheritage.com or DM us on Instagram @tintedheritage with your design idea or logo. (Minimums apply for bulk or corporate customization.)

Can I include a gift message or special note?

Absolutely. You can add a short message during checkout. We’ll include a beautifully printed note card with your order at no extra charge.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped from New Jersey via USPS or UPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and location. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the U.S.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized products are final sale, since they’re made to order.

My item arrived damaged- what should I do?

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll work with you to fix the issue.


Product Care

How should I care for my serving boards and coasters?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or putting them in the dishwasher. To maintain the finish, occasionally apply a small amount of food-safe mineral oil to the wood.

Are the designs permanent?

Yes. Each design is precision-finished onto the surface for long-lasting durability. Natural wood and marble variations make every piece unique.
